For Sirte Gulf International University to be a leading beacon of knowledge that helps build a bright future for Libya through distinguished education, innovative scientific research and effective community service, while preserving our identity and values and keeping pace with global developments.
Mission
To provide high-quality university education built on the four pillars of higher education – teaching, scientific research, community service and continuous development – and to graduate qualified professionals who contribute to the development of Libya, guided by ethical and professional values, constructive engagement with society, and the preservation of our national identity.
